不能添加數據連接的Visual Studio 2010

有一個錯誤，說明我無法添加一個數據連接，因爲它不能加載文件或程序集：

Microsoft.SqlServer.Managment.Sdk.Sfc, Version = 10.0.0.0, Culture = neutral, 
PublicKeyToken =89845dcd8080cc91 or one of its dependencies. 

The System cannot find the file specified.
