只有線程優先。
但是你可以使用系統命令與指定的優先級運行過程：
Linux的：new ProcessBuilder("nice", "-n", "10", "somecommand", "arg1", "arg2");
的Windows：new ProcessBuilder("cmd", "/C start /B /belownormal /WAIT javaws -sdasd");
