google play service base版本和Firebase版本是依賴於支持V4和V7版本。而你的支持v4 v7版本太舊了。需要更新。

我建議你刪除你的支持v7 v4庫並安裝google play service base穩定版32.961。 Xamarin將幫助您安裝v4 v7庫的相應版本。
