爲什麼Google應用引擎中的請求和安全請求配額增加了？

Question

當我使用請求URL作爲http://myapp.appspot.com的配額時，使用量只會增加Quota Details --> Requests。

但是，當我使用請求URL作爲https://myapp.appspot.com配額使用增加Quota Details --> Requests和Quota Details --> Secure Requests。

當我使用請求https URL時，爲什麼Requests和Secure Requests配額使用增加。

的quotas page狀態：

Secure Outgoing Bandwidth: 
The amount of data sent by the application over a secure connection in response 
to requests. Secure outgoing bandwidth also counts toward the Outgoing Bandwidth 
quota.
