我不知道確切的原因，但它現在正在工作。一個主要因素可能是以下幾點：上面，我從標準或空應用程序開始。現在，我使用了.net應用程序模板。

構建操作現在是「構建MSBuild項目」，而不是「構建ASP.net或MVC項目」，這是我之前選擇的。
