這發生在我身上時，我將錯誤的目錄添加到PATH。我加了 C:\Octave\Octave-4.2.1\ 而不是正確的 C:\Octave\Octave-4.2.1\bin\。

在導入oct2py時，它會查找位於\bin目錄中的octave-cli.exe可執行文件。
