它似乎與一個阻塞的端口有關。嘗試從XAMPP控制面板中更改所有Apache配置文件中的http和https端口。

要做到這一點，按配置的Apache部分，並更改端口在httpd.conf和的httpd-ssl.conf中

您需要也改變了服務端口：配置（在右上角按鈕） - >服務和端口設置。
