它可以引起或者通過some registry errors這可以通過運行一個註冊表清理軟件或輸入以下命令被固定：

regsvr32 atl.dll 
cd C:\WINDOWS\eHome 
ehSched /unregServer 
ehSched /service 
ehRecvr /unregServer 
ehRecvr /service 
ehRec.exe /unregServer 
ehRec.exe /regserver 
ehmsas.exe /unregServer 
ehmsas.exe /regserver

或者由.NET框架或版本不匹配（sometimes client version doesn't work and you have to install the full version）引起的其他先決條件。嘗試重新安裝.Net框架。
