單報告（未分報告還說，通過ID組）

...... 

我有n行數據，我想使前兩排小計，而不是每個2行，報告應顯示1行2列，然後1 &第二排小計，則第3行，第4行，第5行到第n行....

預計輸出繼電器

ID Value total subtotal 

001 100 2000 
002 200 3000 
------------------- 
total 300 5000 0 

003 300 1000 
......
