爲什麼docker stats CPU百分比大於100倍核心數

我有一個帶2個內核的Azure VM。根據我的理解，如果使用多個內核，由docker stats返回的CPU百分比可以大於100％。所以，這個虛擬機的這個值應該是200％。不過，我得到這樣的結果與CPU％大於1000％爲什麼docker stats CPU百分比大於100倍核心數
