character-set-server=utf8mb4 
collation-server=utf8mb4_unicode_ci

CREATE DATABASE xxxxx DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 DEFAULT COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;

在CREATE TABLE命令的末尾添加：

ENGINE=InnoDB ROW_FORMAT=COMPRESSED DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4;
