vb.net richtextbox transparancy中的表情

Question

我設法將文本轉換爲richtextbox中的表情符號，但我遇到了問題。

當我改變文本表情符號與下面的代碼，那麼就不會顯示GIF文件的transparancy：

奇怪的是，當我複製完全相同的圖標拖出一個Word文檔我粘貼到richtextbox中。它完美的作品。看到下面的圖片：
