針對完整框架的ASP.NET Core 1.1無法部署到Azure應用服務

我使用了ASP.NETCore 1.0.1 Web App模板並嘗試使用完整框架對其進行升級。該應用在本地運行時運行良好，但是當我嘗試將其部署到Azure時，我收到以下內容（請參閱下圖）。 project.json更改也包含在下面。 Azure還支持1.1的完整框架版本嗎？是否有任何解決方法來獲取這種類型的應用程序工作？
