如何禁用點擊WebView？

我有隻包含WebView的線性佈局。我想要做的就是禁用Webview中的點擊，意味着我希望事件被調用與RelativeLayout bg_stepsContainer相關聯。我已經使用了android：clickable =「false」這裏是代碼如何禁用點擊WebView？
