觸發MS訪問表字段驗證文本

我有一個MS Table中的字段設置爲月份號碼。

field type = Number 
Field Size = single 
Validation Rule= (Not Is Null) or (>0 and <13) 
Validation Text = The month must be between 1 and 12 
Required=Yes 

如果沒有輸入數據，我得到了系統錯誤「您必須輸入在dim_daod.daod_month字段的值。」

我想讓它觸發驗證文本。

驗證規則應該是什麼？
