(1) go to Tools>Options>Web Browser, 
(2) change the conetents of Home 
Page and point to ....http://msdn.microsoft.com, and 
(3) click the Ok button. 

Those messages are gone when I give it a try in the Seach tab.

關閉Visual Studio中含。幫助（MS Help Viewer），然後進入％LOCALAPPDATA％\ Microsoft \（在我的情況下是「C：\ Users \ Administrator \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \」）並將HelpViewer2.0目錄重命名爲HelpViewer2.0。舊的（以防萬一），然後重新啓動IDE。如果需要，請重新配置Visual Studio幫助查看器以供本地使用。這爲我修好了。祝你好運！
