您的電子郵件發送代碼是正確的。在PHP.ini中檢查您的SMTP服務器設置

[mail function] 
; For Win32 only. 
SMTP = localhost (write your SMPT server ip address) 
smtp_port = 25

或者在本地計算機上配置SMTP以發送電子郵件。
