Monodroid相機+預覽

這將清除最不起來。這是一個起點，而不是一個解決方案。

它不能解決： 1.旋轉/定位（但應在參數） 2.使用axml（不作爲一整頁） 3.拍攝照片獲取它到窗體上的元件。
