使用iisreset重新啓動IIS。診斷頁面始終從Web.config獲取最新信息，但ASP.NET運行時和IIS常常無法檢測到文件更改。

更新：我錯過了！

更改<licences>到<licenses>，然後重新啓動。

您在購買根域時是正確的;包含子域名。
