LINQ加入多桌

我有4個表：

fk_tbl2 //this is the foreign key to the "id" in table2

我想打一個多表連接，當用戶輸入「ID4」，我可以在「表1」記錄列表。

如何在C＃中編寫連接？ 謝謝。
