Please uninstall an older versions and language packs or upgrade them all to the latest available version. Until the problem is fixed Microsoft Visual Studio will not start."

我與SSMS（SQL Management Studio）有同樣的問題。

我已經解決了這個問題是這樣的：

  1. 打開註冊表
  2. 轉到HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\General
  3. 設置UILanguage參數的值設置爲0
在我的情況

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SQL Server Management Studio\13.0\General
