使用jquery切換正文背景？

Question

我想使用jquery製作一個正文背景切換器。你會有一些按鈕，每個按鈕都會根據你的選擇改變主體。並且我想讓它保存一個cookie，以便在更改頁面時可以檢索用戶的選擇。

第一部分我得到它使用.addclass或.css 但我卡在svaing用戶的選擇部分。
