兩列形成引導4

我不是引導好，所以請給我一隻手。我希望有一個設計爲bootstrap的頁面分成兩列。大小爲'col-md-4'的第一列應該包含一些文本信息，第二列大小爲'col-md-8'以包含實際的表單。兩列形成引導4
