Problem: failed to create task or type fdt.invoke.launchConfiguration 
Cause: The name is undefined. 
Action: Check the spelling. 
Action: Check that any custom tasks/types have been declared. 
Action: Check that any <presetdef>/<macrodef> declarations have taken place
