好的。我找出了問題所在。希望這將有助於未來的人。所以我檢查了我的phpinfo（），發現upload_max_filesize只設置爲2M。我加了php.ini中有問題的文件的目錄，其中包括：

upload_max_filesize = 250M 
post_max_size = 250M 
max_execution_time = 300 

date.timezone = "America/Los_Angeles" 

我不得不添加的date.timezone，因爲我的系統不喜歡的事實，我沒有它定義。無論如何，這已經解決了這個問題。
