$xml = simplexml_load_file($endpoint) or die('failed to load xml'); 
$out = $xml -> query -> diagnostics -> publiclyCallable; 

echo $out;

刪除query作爲$xml已經表示它：

$endpoint = 'https://query.yahooapis.com/v1/public/yql?q=select%20*%20from%20weather.forecast%20where%20woeid%3D%20560743&diagnostics=true'; 
$xml = simplexml_load_file($endpoint) or die('failed to load xml'); 
$out = $xml -> diagnostics -> publiclyCallable; 
echo $out; // `true`
