假設PatientSensitivities和ListOfSensitivities實際上是一個List而不是一些自定義類型，我覺得一個Except()會做你要找的東西。

this.dgvSearchResults.DataSource = ListOfSensitivities.Except(PatientSensitivities).ToArray();
