就像surendar自己說的那樣：檢查表單是否提交兩次。

我通過Javascript劫持了我的表單的提交事件，並忘記返回「false」以防止默認提交操作。在我解決這個問題之後（即在我的提交方法中返回「false」），它一切正常。
