不是一個真正的回答你的問題，但最好的解決方案。我在窗戶上做了多年RoR。這幾乎都是痛苦。最後，我在[virtualbox]（https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads）上安裝了Ubuntu，現在我在Ubuntu上完成了所有的ruby開發。 RoR和紅寶石非常unixy。許多寶石只適用於Unix系統。 Windows上的測試非常慢。有解決方法，但它們消耗時間。如果你想花時間開發，去購買一臺Mac或安裝Ubuntu。 –
