什麼是解決方案的目標框架？ 4.0或更高。如果更高，請嘗試設置爲4.0。 – Wheels73

那麼這將（從控制檯使用「的dotnet運行」以查看錯誤消息）產生在啓動時出現錯誤。

該錯誤說明1.1.0的Microsoft.NETCore.App丟失。
