MKMapView返回壞userLocation

我檢查了iterface構建器中的框以顯示用戶在地圖上的位置，它工作正常。我想使用區域和用戶位置將地圖縮放到用戶位置，但用戶的經度和緯度爲0.000，並且應用正在縮放到以0和0爲中心的區域。爲什麼會這樣？
