Wordpress添加插件顯示警告，不工作聯繫表7

我創建了一個WordPress的網站，並添加了聯繫表格7，以及一些高級自定義字段插件。我將它上傳到服務器。然後這些插件將在Installed插件選項卡上顯示爲活動狀態。但聯繫人菜單不顯示在菜單中。

添加新插件將顯示以下消息。

我在過去的一個月裏遇到了同樣的問題（如果我沒記錯的話，WP4.1）。我禁用任何其他插件後，我解決了從官方網站下載聯繫表格7 https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ 我從ftp刪除舊的目錄，之後我上傳了新的插件，啓用了插件，一切運行良好。 我希望它能幫助你。
