CilckOnce應用程序（WPF Web瀏覽器應用程序）申請文件未有效上XBAP

我主持的Windows Server &它是工作在所有客戶端上的XBAP程序：Windows 7的&窗口8X & 10X

與開發VS2008，.net Framework 3.5 SP1

但是有些最新的Windows 10 Pro（版本1703，內部版本：15063.608）與最新的IE的客戶機無法正常工作。它正在下載，但最終它給出了以下錯誤：

該問題是因爲Windows Defender阻止從瀏覽器安裝。只允許從應用商店安裝的應用程序

禁用或在Windows Defender中或防病毒添加排除列表中也沒有編譯任何.NET程序集保護器（壓縮或.Net反應堆..等）
