如何使用java訪問mysql局域網上的dabasase

我有一臺PC，其IP地址是192.168.0.101，而且mysql端口是4000.當我嘗試連接到它時，它工作正常，但是當我使用另一臺PC在同一個局域網IP地址爲192.168.0.107，我不斷收到此異常：如何使用java訪問mysql局域網上的dabasase
