原因是您的PC（含POS）和不正確的設置AX在屏幕上顯示。

入住AX 「零售/設置/ POS /概況/硬件配置文件」部分「雙顯示器\使用雙顯示器」（集複選框）
在PC（POS機），按下「WIN + P」並選擇「擴展」

此外，如果你使用RDP也可能導致這個錯誤啓動POS
