Bootstrap上傳問題

我一直在尋找一個幾天的答案，我不明白爲什麼我得到一個可怕的Bootstrap頁面，使用bootstrap的例子。

我上傳了github上的same page，.css和.js，並試圖使它具有相同的行爲（將鏈接更改爲js和css）。 我所有的代碼都是從頁面的源代碼中獲取的。 我也想知道如果這只是我或如果你們有一個totaly weird display。
