CSS效果問題與IE

我有使用三個效果的菜單欄：

    transition: all 0.3s ease-out; 
} 

.rounded{ 
    -webkit-border-radius: 0px 10px 10px 0; 
    -moz-border-radius: 0px 10px 10px 0; 
    -ms-border-radius: 0px 10px 10px 0; 
     border-radius: 0px 10px 10px 0; 
} 

.shadow{ 
     -webkit-box-shadow: 2px 2px 4px #888; 
    -moz-box-shadow: 2px 2px 4px #888; 
     -ms-box-shadow: 2px 2px 4px #888; 
     box-shadow: 2px 2px 4px #888; 
} 

這些做工精細用Chrome和FF，但不與IE9。幫幫我？

如果您指的是過渡，那是因爲IE 9不支持CSS轉換 - http://caniuse.com/#search=transitions。
