插入數據庫值顯示空白

Question

我目前正在做一個註冊頁面，我用html編碼了佈局，並且我從html輸入（<input） 獲得了值並插入到數據庫中。它沒有成功地inputed到數據庫中，但是當我從「選擇dbo.user *」的值顯示空白
