答案是我已更新到azure工具2.7，並引用了2.5 dll版本。

1）刪除項目中2.5 dll的引用（或者.csproj文件，如果需要的話），並添加2.7 System.WindowsAzure.ServiceRuntime dll的引用。

2）重新部署。
