在User_skills模型（user_skill.rb）

belongs_to :user 
    belongs_to :skill

DB模式：

t.integer "user_id" 
t.integer "skill_id"

在我的搜索控制器我有以下的代碼段：

    fulltext params[:s_skills] 
end 

@users = @search.results

PARAMS [：s_skills]是從select_tag提取的skill_ids：

這需要技巧的名字，並返回其ID。

你實際上並沒有在你已經索引的skill_ids字段中搜索。

您必須添加類似：

User.search do 
    fulltext params[:free_text] #<-- YOU DON'T NEED THIS, PROBABLY? 
    with(:skill_ids, params[:s_skills]) if params[:s_skills] 
end
