窗體顯示正常。當我填寫數據並點擊提交按鈕時，它會給我404錯誤。

我嘗試了表單URL的所有可能的URL，但他們都沒有工作到目前爲止。這是我目前使用的：

或

{{block type="core/template" name="contactForm" form_action="{{store direct_url='contacts'}}/index/post" template="contacts/form.phtml"}} 

請注意form_action。
