無法使用PIP install命令

我有這個無法使用PIP install命令

您是否曾嘗試使用'pip install .whl'從[Gohlke的網站]（http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#scipy）安裝WHL文件？當PyPI的軟件包不能安裝時，這通常是一個很好的解決方法。 – Michael

我的問題有點奇怪。我通過從http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/安裝numpy + mkl解決了它，然後scipy安裝爲我工作。

scipy也可以在pip中運行不需要pip3 –
