如何使用LDAP登錄網站

我對LDAP的知識非常有限，所以請原諒我說的任何愚蠢的東西。

我試着通過LDAP的模塊，允許用戶設計出log on當前Spring application。我猜如果用戶通過LDAP登錄系統，Spring應用程序應該能夠通過uid或其他東西來識別用戶，以便用戶不再需要再登錄系統。

開發系統是在Windows 7上，我已經安裝在我的STS Apache DS和Apache DS Studio，也跟着網上的教程設置適當role和user在一個新的分區。現在的問題是：

How can I "link" my web application to the LDAP user? 

And how can I log on LDAP server with one of the user credential?
