檢查TensorFlow站點是否有要使用的正確文件版本集以及在哪裏檢查環境變量是否正確。有警告不要使用最新的CUDA或最新的cuDNN。我無法在我的Anaconda環境中使用TensorFlow-GPU 1.6.0與任何CUDA9.x/cuDNN7.0.x組合工作。我的錯誤與您的錯誤類似。

我下載了TensorFlow-GPU 1.5.0，它立即與CUDA 9.0和cuDNN 7.0.5一起工作。使用Windows 10，Nvidia GTX 1070和Python 3.5.4。
