URL更改爲buildings_path，而不是building_path這樣的：

<%= form_for @search, :url => buildings_path, :html => {:method => :get} do |f| %>

您正在使用building_path在的form_for線，這將帶你到建築/：ID即顯示頁面。您應該使用buildings_path，這需要你到指數頁。
