Bluemix未能部署並不能得到日誌

我有一個node.js的應用程序，打造精細，但它無法與此錯誤部署：

FAILED Error restarting application: StagingError

它說我應該運行日誌--recent，它連接，但我得到一個錯誤：

FAILED Error dialing trafficcontroller server: Get https://doppler.w3ibm.bluemix.net:4443/apps/3603f2cc-d0b6-41c7-91e8-62d2636b71dc/recentlogs : net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers). Please ask your Cloud Foundry Operator to check the platform configuration (trafficcontroller endpoint is wss://doppler.w3ibm.bluemix.net:4443).

這可能是一個臨時的問題與loggregator導致問題獲取日誌。再次使用cf login重新登錄，然後再次嘗試使用cf logs appname --recent命令。
