我已經找到了soulution的尋找它小時後看看。我希望ChromeDriver能夠使用最新版Chrome上的最新版本。神奇的線，使得它的工作是：

ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions(); 
options.AddArguments("no-sandbox"); <-------------------------- 
driver = new ChromeDriver(options);
