爲什麼python在pip或pip3顯示已安裝時未找到boto3。boto3 python 2.7 ImportError：沒有名爲boto3的模塊USER_BASE USER_SITE站點包不存在

我在Mac機器。嘗試點/ pip3有/沒有sudo。嘗試改變PATH變量以及幾條路徑，但沒有運氣。
