對於不斷變化的過濾器，不能使用VLVIndex。 VLVIndex旨在提供一致的滾動結果列表。 VLV還必須附帶排序順序。 看起來我可能只需要爲modifyTimeStamp（用於排序）編制索引並使用Page Result Control來避免一次獲取所有條目。
