無法讀取模式文檔

我做了一個web應用程序，以執行在JasperServer上託管的特定報告。某些報告與「ReportExecution」的超鏈接類型和報告參數鏈接爲_report。超鏈接放在我的報告的字段中。而在編譯JRXML文件在java中我收到錯誤，如下面

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: schema_reference.4: 
Failed to read schema document 'http://jaspersoft.com/schema/fusion.xsd', because 
1) could not find the document; 
2) the document could not be read; 
3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>. 

可以在任何一個PLZ幫我出這一點。
